Come and volunteer at one of St. Vincent de Paul's exciting projects. Our volunteer opportunities focus on meaningful activities so that volunteers get to work, get involved, and have fun along the way. And since our projects are ongoing throughout the day during the week and on weekends, it is easy to find a time to get involved!

Join the team through serving breakfast or dinner, working in our computer lab, participating in food preparation and program support in our holistic healing center, or have a ball helping out at our Sunday Movie Night.

Along with our ongoing weekly projects, we also accommodate many kinds of skilled volunteering:

  • Construction/ Painting
  • Computer literacy and training
  • Administrative assistance
  • Artists, musicians, and poets

If you have a trade or specific skill and you want to offer your expertise, our staff is able to best use your volunteered talents to best support our organization. Contact us and we can work with you to find the best way you can help SVDP.

SVDP's trained staff creates quality Skill Based Volunteering (SBV) projects. SBV enables our volunteers to use their skills and talents to make a positive difference in our city and community. So if you are an individual who can paint, a book group, or a corporate team, SBV allows you to do what you do best while supporting those who need it most. Volunteers truly make the difference because it is through taking action that changes are made. We look forward to working with you!
